Shola \ˈshä-lə\) is a native of Atlanta, GA and graduate of Smith College in Northampton, MA. She describes her life’s purpose as making a difference in the world by working with people and organizations to develop strategic solutions to help them reach their goals.
A leader, certified Design for Six Sigma Greenbelt and hobby artist, her approach to solution design is creative. She pushes teams to think outside of the box and is notable for contributing to the development of the multi-general business plan for a new line of business launch at Bank of America, leading the redesign of high-risk processes and providing business leadership to the design of new digital engagement solutions.
Shola also has an extensive business-to-business sales background that has included developing sales strategies, coaching deal leads and leading business development. Shola has been recognized for her ability to evaluate complex end-to-end processes, simplify data, identify opportunities/gaps and present comprehensive solutions in a way that is easy to understand and execute.
Shola is a coach/mentor and volunteer financial literacy facilitator. She currently serves on the board of Fugees Family and has also been an advisor and former board member to organizations like Impact United Methodist Church and Dress for Success Atlanta. A self proclaimed renaissance woman, former track & field athlete and life long lover of the arts, Shola had traded her cleats for a Peloton in her basement & enjoys collecting art from her world travels.
